HiScan V2LR - MonaLisa Kit

El tratamiento MonaLisa Touch requiere que el escáner HiScan V2LR libere la energía fraccionaria del láser de CO2 en la mucosa vaginal. El kit del escáner incluye dos sondas aptas para el autoclave: una sonda de 360° para tratamientos MonaLisa Touch y una sonda para tratamientos vulvares.


MonaLisa Touch - 90°

El sistema de escáner HiScan V2LR también puede integrar dos sondas opcionales de 90° (16 mm y 23 mm) para tratamientos de incontinencia. Ambos son autoclavable.


MonaLisa Touch - 360° de un solo uso

El escáner HiScan V2LR también puede integrar una sonda de un solo uso de 360° para el tratamiento MonaLisa Touch®.


RF Touch

El uso de la radiofrecuencia para el tensado de los tejidos está muy extendida tanto en dermatología (ej. Terapia DOT/RF de DEKA) como en ginecología. Para poder sacar el máximo provecho de esta tecnología, es importante entender completamente sus características. La Radiofrecuencia solo puede penetrar profundamente en un tejido, como la mucosa vaginal, si este está perfectamente hidratado.
La presencia de agua en el tejido favorece el paso de la radiofrecuencia, produciendo calor en el tejido conectivo profundo y así estimulando el tensado, la tonificación y la regeneración de nuevo colágeno. Una mucosa atrófica o imperfectamente hidratada no es apta para el tratamiento con RF, ya que no permitiría un paso correcto de la RF, frustrando el efecto terapéutico. DEKA ha presentado la nueva pieza de mano de un solo uso Rf Touch, con una fuente de radiofrecuencia bipolar ( y por lo tanto intrínsecamente más segura) directamente conectada al dispositivo láser, dándonos una posibilidad única en el mercado para ofrecer una sinergia de tratamiento para la salud íntima de los pacientes.
Las sesiones con MonaLisa Touch® (que varía en número dependiendo de las condiciones de la mucosa vaginal) preparan el tejido, haciendo que esté más hidratado y, por lo tanto, responda de manera más efectiva y segura al tratamiento con RF.

Dental Handpiece 2” with Tips

The 2” handpiece for dentistry is generally use in soft tissue surgery. Tipical treatments are: Excision, Flap surgery, Gingivoplasty, Implants Uncovering, Removal of Superficial Caries and many other application.
The handpiece includes 2 tips: an Open Tip to fire the laser in line with handpiece's axis, and a tip with mirror to deflect the laser of 120°.


Dental Handpiece 4” with Tips

The 4” handpiece for dentistry is mainly use in soft for treatments of pokests and necks like: Sulcus sterilization, Root canal sterilization, Peri-Implantitis, Gingivectomy, Crown lengthening and many other application.
The hanpiece comes with different tips in order to give the doctor the maximum flexibility of use. There are a Straight Tip (with spacer) and an Open Tip (without spacer) to fire the laser in line with handpiece's axis. Than there are tips with mirror to deflect the laser of 75° or 120°. Finally there are Ceramic Tips which use a ceramic light guide to work in contact with the tissue.


Diode Laser

At any time SmartXide2 can be upgraded including a Diode laser source.

  • A 50W 980 nm Diode Laser, which can be installed only in SmartXide2 60W and 80W models; 
  • A 50W 940 nm Diode Laser, only for SmartXide2 60W and 80W models ; 
  • A 30W 980 nm Diode Laser, for all the models of SmartXide2
  • A 30W 940 nm Diode Laser, all the models of SmartXide2
These Diode lasers have many applications, especially in ENT Endovascular Treatment (EVLT) and Dentistry. Together with Diode Lasers, DEKA can provide disposable and reusable optical fibres, handpieces with cannulas, and other tools for handling fibres.


Straight Blue Handpiece

The most light and thin handpiece for Dentistry. It has been designed for being less bulky and for mounting disposable and non disposable tips for the different application in laser-assisted dentistry.


Cooled handpiece

The Cooled handpiece is the only one that is able to deliver cool air or water at the top of the tip. This handpiece can be used with special cooled tips or if the doctor does not want to use cooling, can mount disposable or non-disposable tips.


Reusable Tip for Handpieces

A set of 16 reusable tips:

- 4 tips for cooled handpiece and 600 µm fibre
- 4 tips for cooled handpieces and 300 µm or 200 µm fibres
- 4 tips for non-cooled handpiece and 600 µm fibre
- 4 tips for non-cooled handpieces and 300 µm or 200 µm fibres

In each group, the 4 tips differ for the fibre exit angle which could be: straigh, 30°, 60° and 90°. Tips have to be linked to the distal part of the handpiece and are used to deliver the fibre end close to the tissue. This is important especially in order to reach all areas in the mouth or even the internal area of a tooth (in case of endodontic treatments).


Single Use Fibres

DEKA provides 300 µm single use fibres for Dentistry. They are suggested for endodontics, parodontology, surgery and perimplantite treatments.

All fibres are made in silica and have 2 plastic protective tubes: a Teflon tube that starts from the laser connector and covers the fibre for the first 1,5 m; and a silicon tube which protect the remaining part of the fibre. The Teflon tube is stronger and is used to prevent shocks while silicon is more flexible and enhances the freedom of movement.
Fibres come in a double sterile envelope, ready to be used.


Reusable Fibres

DEKA provides reusable fibres for Dentistry which can be sterilized in autoclave up to 10 times. Reusable fibres are 300 µm of diameter and they are suggested for endodontics, parodontology, surgery and perimplantite treatments.

All fibres are made in silica and have 2 plastic protective tubes: a Teflon tube that starts from the laser connector and covers the fibre for the first 1,5 m; and a silicon tube which protects the remaining part of the fibre. The Teflon tube is stronger and is used to prevent shocks while silicon is more flexible and enhances the freedom of movement.

Reusable fibres also have sterilization counters close to the connector. There are ten rings with numbers from 1 to 10. Each ring has to be removed before sterilization. Fibres come in a double sterile envelope, ready to be used.


Tools for Fibres

A sterilization process or a prolonged use, tends to turn opaque fibres silica, especially in free end surface. Opacity can be seen by the reduction of the aiming beam brightness. The main effect of opacity is the reduction of fibre efficiency in delivering laser beam power. In order to regenerate fibre efficiency, DEKA provides a special knife to cut fibre end and create a new transparent fibre end surface. Another useful tool is the fibre cleaver that is able to cut the silicon protective tube avoiding any damage to the fibre lateral surface.


Endovascular Fibre (EVLT)

For Endovascular treatment with Diode laser (EVLT – EndoVascular Laser Treatment) DEKA is proposing a disposable fibre kit. The underlying goal for this thermally mediated ablation procedure is to deliver sufficient laser energy to the wall of an incompetent vein segment to produce irreversible occlusion, fibrosis, and ultimately disappearance of the vein. The procedure can be accomplished in Day Hospital and it is well established since several years. DEKA is able also to supply complete information about this procedure and complete instructions how to use this fibre kit.
